What Companies Should Do

Companies, directors and business owners should take the revised ROC charges into account when planning new company registrations and statutory filings.

Companies should also ensure that annual returns, changes to directors or secretaries, registered-office changes, share-related filings and other statutory documents are submitted on time. Delayed or incomplete filings may result in additional charges, penalties or compliance issues.

ECSS quotations will clearly distinguish between applicable ROC charges, VAT and professional service fees.
